“24 taps of Beer on the wall, 24 taps of Beer”
Revolution Hall is a perfect venue for a beer lesson, with optional tasting. The parent company, Craft Food Halls, is “revolutionizing” the enjoyment of beer by providing guests the opportunity to self-pour through one of its 24 beer (and 6 wine) taps. Their locations in Waltham and Lexington offer the first beer and wine walls in Massachusetts. Beers are offered from near and far, including Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Vermont, and Maine, and locally from Framingham, Somerville, and Ipswich. Since opening in mid-October, Allagash White and Fiddlehead are still going strong, while the most popular beer last week was True North Northern Haze. Come learn from our special presenter about beer's flavor components – determined by its unique combination of carbonation, hops, malt, water and yeast – and the varying aspects of the brewing process which makes craft beers unique.
