The Lexington Chamber of Commerce with the generous support of Cambridge Savings Bank presents Women-in-Business Series. This event series includes a segment of around-the-table introductions followed by a featured guest speaker.
In addition to facilitated professional networking, the series places a particular emphasis on learning from one another and sharing work experiences in a friendly, open environment. This event will include admission, light breakfast and coffee.
At our October 11th session, we will hear remarks from Elizabeth Craig Speller and Justin Korkosz Speller. Elizabeth (Liz) Craig Speller, MA, is the executive assistant to the World Wide Global Leader of People and Organization at the Boston Consulting Group. She is also a certified EFT Practitioner. Liz has worked for the Boston Consulting Group for three years and has been practicing EFT for 4 years.
Liz has worn many hats in her journey supporting a global leader. She has been an administrative assistant, a thought partner, a stress manager, a therapist, a task master, and a shoulder to lean on. Speller holds a BA from Saint Anselm College in Latin and Greek and a master’s degree from Brandeis University in Ancient Greek and Roman Studies.
EFT came into Liz's life when she met her now husband, Justin Speller. EFT has helped to transform her life and her career at BCG. She has used it with her boss and colleagues to assist in various high-octane interactions. Personally, Liz is an avid cook and foodie. She also has a passion for foreign culture, currently speaks 6 languages and is teaching herself Korean.
Justin Korkosz Speller, CHP, RRST is trained in multiple energy psychology techniques. He is certified in the Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and Matrix Reimprinting. He is trained in Thought Field Therapy, Advanced Clearing Energetics, Emotional Transformation, Timeline Therapy, and Applied Kinesiology. He is the first person in the US to be selected and certified as a trainer in the Release and Replace Shortcut.
Justin, a Presidential Scholar and psychology major at Boston College, has been an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner since 2008. When he first learned EFT, he used it to get through a difficult period in his life. He found it to be so effective and helpful that he decided to pursue a career teaching others how to use EFT to help themselves. He is the Founder and Director of Belmont EFT Treatment Center (www.BelmontEFT.com), with offices in Belmont and Chelmsford, MA. Liz and Justin plan to speak about using Tapping and the Emotional Transformation technique for stress reduction in the workplace.
