Women in Business with Author, Cheryl A. Major

The Lexington Chamber of Commerce with the generous support of Lester E. Savage/Berkshire Hathaway & Aloft/Elements Hotel presents the Women-in-Business Series.  This event series includes a segment of around-the-table introductions followed by a featured guest speaker.  In addition to facilitated professional networking, the series places a particular emphasis on learning from one another and sharing work experiences in a friendly, open environment. This event will include admission, light breakfast and coffee.

At the July 9th event, we will hear remarks from author, Cheryl A. Major, CNWC.

Cheryl is a certified Nutrition & Wellness consultant and is the author of EAT YOUR BLUES AWAY in which she chronicles her accidental recovery from years of struggle with chronic depression by changing how she eats. The transformation was accidental, amazing and life changing, and has lasted for more than six years. 

Cheryl shares the steps she took and knits in important information to understand about food and about how it affects us mentally as well as physically. It was and is a miracle... one that you can experience too.
